I personally love Viator for booking tours to see attractions and landmarks. I talk about using Viator in several of my posts, and have always been happy booking with them!

When you Google “Booking tours through Viator” or something similar, you will probably see mixed reviews. Don’t let any negative reviews sway you. On TrustPilot, Viator has 4.3 stars! If you are unsure about going on a tour after you book one through Viator, you can always cancel; most tour guides offer free cancellation. After booking a tour through Viator, make sure the tour guide(s) are giving you an update as you get closer to the tour you booked (if you booked far in advance).

Again, I have never had a problem with Viator as a company, and I’m sure you also won’t!

FYI:

I also like Get Your Guide for booking tours. When I am researching tours of attractions and/or landmarks I want to visit on a trip, I often check both websites to see what tours are offered and choose which tour(s) I am most interested in going on! I often find similar prices on both websites, so I don’t think one is cheaper than the other. Feel free to check both websites and see which tours you like most!
